We’ll assist you to achieve skills that, with practice, will speed up food preparation in your kitchen. You get to chop, dice, slice and eat and we’ll clean up!

During this class you’ll learn which knives to use for what job; how to keep them sharp; buying tips plus take home a handout for reference at any time as well as much hands on experience and guidance.
